Cancellation policy:

Big City Moms must be notified of any cancellations on or prior to the RSVP date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• If you make a cancellation on or prior to the RSVP date, you will receive 100% refund. 
• If you cancel after the RSVP date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee and a 50% credit towards our next event.
• If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, there is a 100% no-show fee.

Weather related issues – Big City Moms Parties will go on…whether its raining cats or dogs, snowing golf balls – the show will go on!  If an event is canceled you will be notified within 24 hrs the rescheduled date
