People are always asking me “Where did you get that”? I shop for a living…as I’m a buyer for a children’s store – So I’m pretty clued into everything that’s available for the newborn to teen set.
Below is a comprehensive list on where you can find the best and hottest and the most practical buys you can find…
Now that you have a child – gone are the days of your leisurely shopping….your time is limited – just like everything else having to do with your little one – its best to do some research beforehand – OR just follow our shopping guide here.
Not every store, or should we say most stores are not very stroller friendly. Especially in the city – stores are small, so they have to pack in as much merchandise as possible to have the biggest selection to offer you. (TIP – online shopping…no need to worry about that!)
Make sure you are familiar with the stores return policy. Buying children’s clothing could be tricky as some lines run big/small and you don’t want to be stuck with something if its final sale.
While we could list every store that’s in NYC – we would be doing a disservice to you – so instead we are listing our favorites and some tid-bits on what you can find at each store.
