• Can I bring my child in a stroller to the event?

  Due to venue guidelines and fire codes, strollers are not allowed at the Biggest Baby Showers Ever. A stroller check will be provided for your convenience. If you do bring your baby, please have them in a carrier. Our Biggest Family Shower Ever does allow strollers on the event floor.

• Is there parking available at the venue?

  Parking varies by venue. We work hard to secure the most convenient parking options possible for our guests. You will receive an email the day before the Shower with event specific details.

• What are the differences between the ticket types?

  Please read the ticket description carefully as the differences are clearly stated in the descriptions. Please note that if you purchase a ticket with a product you MUST claim your product that evening. Items will NOT be shipped or delivered to you and you will forego any product not picked up on event day.

• Are kids free?

  Yes, children 8 years old and under are free and do not require a separate ticket to attend. Please note that strollers are not permitted at the Biggest Baby Shower events so if you bring your baby, please have them in a carrier. At the Biggest Family Shower Ever, all children are admitted at no charge but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• What exhibitors will be present at the event?

  Each event has a variety of both large brands and local businesses. For a full list of the companies you can expect to see at each Shower please visit the sponsor page for each Shower event.

• Do all exhibitors hand out free samples?

  Many companies will be handing out samples and/or coupons at the event and others will have products and other items available to test out in person.

• Are exhibitors permitted to sell items at the event?

  YES! Come prepared to shop. Many companies will have product available for purchase, if you like what you see.

• I would like to participate as an exhibitor, how do I do that?

• Can I bring my partner / friend / family member?

  Absolutely! Ticket structure will vary per event. Please refer to the ticket description as many of our tickets admit TWO adults. If not, a general admission pass can be purchased for your guest.

• What is the refund policy?

  Full refunds on ALL ticket types are allowed up to 14 days ahead of the event. For example, if our event is on January 15th, you may request a refund up to midnight Jan 1st EST for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• I’ve received a discount code and cannot find the link to enter a discount code. Where can I find it?

  Before you select the ticket you want to purchase, there is a box in the top left corner under the event date and time where you will enter the code. After you enter the discount code, the savings will appear on each applicable ticket type.

• What color or pattern is the product that comes with the ultimate tickets?

  The color and/or pattern of each product will be stated in the ticket description both on our website and on our Eventbrite ticketing page.

• My husband/spouse/friend is accompanying me to the event, but he/she will arrive to the event after me. How can they get into the event?

  If the guest you are bringing to the event will be arriving later than you, please let the check-in team know, and they will provide further instructions on how your guest can be admitted into the event without waiting in line!

• Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

  Yes, you may transfer or gift your ticket to a friend without notifying Big City Moms.

• Will you be coming to my city?

  We do get around! To request a BCM baby shower in your area please email info@bigcitymoms.com. If we know you want us there, we just might make a stop!!

• Are there contests that take place during the event?

  YES! Please see below for additional information regarding contests and raffles during our events.

• Big City Moms Raffles:

  Big City Moms may hold raffles and giveaways during the event. Please note that if you are selected as a winner of one of these prizes, you must pick up or claim your prize during the event. Big City Moms will not be held responsible for defective or uncollected winnings, and any winnings not claimed at the end of the event will be forgone.

• Sponsor and Partner Raffles:

  Many companies will also hold individual contests at their tables. Please note that these contests are not managed by Big City Moms and we are not responsible for the selection of winners or prize distribution. All raffles held by exhibitors must announce their winners after the event day. You should follow up with the company directly if you want to inquire about a raffle drawing or redeem a prize.

• BIG CITY MOMS DISCLAIMER:

  Big City Moms will not be responsible or liable in any way for refunds, returns, damaged or expired products in connection with merchandise offered or won at the Event, sold or distributed by Event sponsors/exhibitors/presenters, included in gift bags, or sold as part of a ticket package. Big City Moms makes no express or implied warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by our sponsors/exhibitors/presenters. Big City Moms will not be liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from such transactions. Big City Moms does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, products, services or content offerings of sponsors/exhibitors/presenters. Communications or disputes regarding products or services received at the Event are solely between the sponsor/exhibitor/presenter and you. Big City Moms reserves the right to substitute ticket package items.

• Photography, Video and Recording Policy:

  By entering our event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Big City Moms and our affiliates and representatives. You also agree to release Big City Moms, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Big City Moms or the person or entity designated to do so by Big City Moms, Inc. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
