Apple Picking
There is nothing like the taste of a freshly picked apple. It’s even more fun to pick your own. Apple picking is a fun activity for the entire family. Kids big and small will delight in the success of picking their very own apple off of the tree (or the ground for the littlest ones.) Pumpkin Picking
Pumpkin picking is a great activity for the family, especially before Halloween. Let your little one pick out the perfect pumpkin for carving and to show off on the night of Halloween. Boo at the Zoo
Boo at the Zoo is a New York City tradition. The Bronx Zoo is packed full of activities for the entire family. They have tradition fall activities such as hay mazes, costume parades, and more. New York City Parks Fall Fun
New York City is full of fall fun in the city’s parks. From pumpkin patches to haunted houses, the parks find a way to entertain everyone this fall. Madison Square Park has a Fall Kids Fest that is full of crafts and activities for kids and Central Park has their annual Pumpkin Fest with a haunted house, pumpkin carving and more! Apple StampsThis is a fun activity that is great for kids of all ages. If you are looking for something to do with those left over apples from picking, simply get out some paint and start stamping!
Leaf People Don’t rake away all of those fallen leaves. These fun leaf people are easy for the kids to make and they can even use them to put on their very on leaf puppet show!
Spider Handprint Make your little ones hand into a creepy spider with this fun activity. Kids love to get their hands messy and this is a perfect excuse to do so! After their are finished they can draw or paint a scene for their creepy spider!
Coffee Filter Ghost This is a fun and inexpensive craft you can do with things you have around the house. Let your kids get creative with the faces they draw on their ghost!
Toilet Paper Roll Pumpkin It’s a pumpkin that’s not too heavy for your little one to pick up! This is such fun and easy craft that you can use as a decoration around your house.
