Lisa Tremayne

Lisa Tremayne, RN, CBC, CPPD, and survivor of postpartum anxiety/OCD, brings over 20 years of diverse, valued experience in the maternal health field. A tireless advocate for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), Lisa’s mission is to ensure that there are specialized treatment options available for any woman experiencing one of these medical conditions, the number one complication of childbirth.

Lisa is the founder of The Bloom Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing reliable, effective, and evidence based mental health services to women across the country. Through her work at Monmouth Medical Center, Lisa also created the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program, a multidisciplinary treatment center supporting maternal mental health from pregnancy through the first year of motherhood, through which she and her team have helped 1000’s of women and their families. This is the only program of its kind in New Jersey, and 1 of only 10 similar programs in the U.S.
